1. Materials of stainless steel pipe fittings can not contact with others directly. Non-metallic materials should be added such as wood or rubber panels.
2. Arc starting should apply bake welding method and arc ending should fill the arc crater. Arc ending must be completed within a groove. Arcing and arc starting in pipes or base metal surface are banned. If you find pores, cracks and other defects during this processing, please remove them promptly.
3. Multi-channel and multi-arc welding of stainless steel pipe fittings should be staggered.
4. Cavity of butt joints of stainless steel pipes and pipe fittings should be filled with argon before welding with non-stainless steel pipes and pipe fittings, in order to carry out argon tungsten-arc welding.
5. The interlayer temperature can not exceed 60 ℃ during continuous welding of stainless steel tube material.
6. The inside of the weld joints should be filled with argon protection when stainless steel pipe fittings are under tack welding.
7. Do not use ordinary pipe grinding wheel to cut stainless steel pipe fittings, and use special grinding wheel or plasma instead.
8. The weld joints of stainless steel pipe fittings should be conducted pickled pickling and passivation after welding.
9. Hydrostatic tests for stainless steel pipe have certain requirements for water temperature and water quality. The water temperature should not be less than five degrees Celsius and the chloride ion content of the water shall not exceed 25Pmm.
